"Increasing the price of a new vehicle by $1,044 at a time when Americans are already facing skyrocketing costs on everything we buy is completely unnecessary and disproportionately harmful for the least fortunate."
Instead of following the science, it appears EPA leveraged a Ninth Circuit ruling to ban a product to appease liberal activists without considering the impacts on the agricultural community.
Congress never intended to provide the EPA with the authority to regulate vehicles used solely for competition, including vehicles modified to be used exclusively for racing.
"At a time when the Biden Administration is pushing for costly climate change ‘solutions’ that benefit China, it raises questions about why a senior EPA official has such strong ties to China, the world’s largest emitter of greenhouse gases.”
