The Court is considering whether Maine violated religious liberty rights by restricting the use of otherwise generally available student-aid programs to non-religious schools.
Prior to the start of this unconstitutional farce, Congress voted in-person regardless of surrounding circumstances. We did not allow proxy voting while the nation was engulfed in the Civil War, after the Capitol building was on fire during the War of 1812, during World War II or in the wake of 9/11. We shouldn't be doing it now.

The Biden administration’s extension of the illegal CDC moratorium in the face of opposition by a majority of the Supreme Court will not last long. Already realtors are seeking to enforce the Supreme Court majority view and abolish the extension of the CDC eviction moratorium. Our government should be following the law and only be able to change it through an act of Congress, which doesn’t seem to support this extension.
