Senate Democrats are so bad at governing that they’ve resorted to attacking each other in a last-ditch effort to save their majority. Bernie Sanders told Politico that “corporate Democrats” like Sens. Manchin and Sinema are sabotaging the Democrats’ agenda. There’s no room for anyone who isn’t a socialist in today’s Democrat Party.
Even Democrat Senate candidates are following Bernie Sanders’ lead and attacking Joe Manchin. John Fetterman, a notorious Bernie bro, said he would let Manchin Democrats down if he becomes a U.S. Senator. Moderate Democrats (aka anyone who isn’t a socialist) have become a punching bag for Democrat Senate candidates across the country.
Senate Democrats’ midterm strategy is to attack each other instead of providing solutions for the crises they created. That’s a bold strategy, we hope it works out for them.
